“THANK GOD FOR MOTHERS!”

For many of us, we have had the privilege of knowing a mother who loved us like no other person in all the world.

Some of you still are experiencing that blessing today.

God knew what He was doing when He created a woman, a mother to be that would be able to guide a young life in the right direction for God.

Being a mother today is not an easy task. There are so many responsibilities and only so much time and energy to get them done.

And, yet, God can still make you a mother that can get the job done that He has created you to do.

Proverbs 22:6 states what that task is as a mother: “Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.” -NIV

Thank God for mothers that respond to this task in prayer and commitment to let God equip them in this eternal task.
